IMEI is a Japanese food import and wholesale company established in 1981. Currently, it is a group company of Kamei Corporation (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime) headquarters in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. It is important for us to grasp the food trend in Japan and import Japanese ingredients that meet the Japanese food demand in Singapore in a timely manner and deliver them to our customers. We received great feedback on Importing a wide variety of trending products in small quantities and we also handle many requests for imports of PB products and special products for our customers. Other than food products, we also support importing tableware and cooking utensils from Japan.

サービス

日本から輸入した食材は、常温～冷凍まで適正に温度管理された自社倉庫にて保管致します。お客様からの注文毎にピッキングされた後、シンガポール全域の飲食店、小売店、食品工場などへ、温度管理された自社トラックにて配達を行っております。現在取り扱いの無い商品も、お客様のご要望に合わせて輸入する事も可能です。これらの商談、ユーザーとの打ち合わせ、輸出入までの手続き等、日本人スタッフ、ローカルスタッフがサポート致します。

Ingredients imported from Japan are stored in our own warehouse where the temperature is properly controlled from room temperature to frozen. After each customer's order is received, we deliver it to restaurants, retail stores, food factories, etc. across Singapore daily by our own temperature-controlled truck. Products that are currently unavailable can be imported upon request. Our Japanese and local sales staff is in charge of these business negotiations and meetings with customers to ensure the smooth process.

新商品の試食やサンプル調理が可能です。提携メーカーと協力しお客様のニーズ沿った商品開発も行っております。

Tasting and sample cooking of new products are available. We also work with our affiliated manufatures to develop products that meet the needs of our customers.

オフィスOffice

各取引先に無料でWi-Fi、エアコン完備事務所を提供しております。現地市場調査、自社商品PRなどシンガポールでの活動にご活用ください。

We provide air-conditioned office with Wi-Fi to our clients. We also support clients' activities in Singapore such as local market research, product promotion/PR services.

商品の荷受Receipt of Goods

荷受け、荷下ろしの温度管理が重要な冷蔵、冷凍商品は短時間で各倉庫へ保管できる体制を完備し、商品を最適な状態で保管・配送します。

We are fully equipped with a system that can store and control temperature during receiving and uploading of refrigerated and frozen products as the temperature is the key element to maintain product quality. We store and deliver products in their most optimal conditions by dispatching temperature control trucks for different temperature needs.
